Each winter we will send you a reminder letter that offers a variety of services to protect your holiday home, (even if you have our warranty package please let us know what you would like.) If you do decide to use our services, please remember to leave a key with us at Owner Services so we can gain access to your holiday home and carry out the protection services you have chosen.

Don’t take the risk It’s a frustrating truth that every year there are always a few Holiday Home Owners that decide to take the risk of not winterising their holiday home and are faced with a large repair bill for the damage, which is uninsured. Winters can and do get particularly cold with temperatures dropping below freezing. So please don't take the risk!
Important We will not automatically drain down your holiday home, you will need to inform us in writing using the form we annually will provide. If you require gas testing, refill will take place a few days before you wish to start using your holiday home..
