Flat Renovations Programme
Highlights
We won a contract with new client, Wandle Housing, to conduct renovations to 14 flats at Crystal Palace, London SE19.
The flats are located in two adjoining town-house-style properties, 109 and 111 Central Hill. The 14 apartments and two communal areas form the homes of approximately 30 residents.
After conducting asbestos surveys, our team erected scaffolding and installed a temporary roof to protect the residents’ homes whilst we repaired and renewed both the flat and pitched roofs to both properties.
Externally we carried out stone, masonry and render remedial repairs as well as redecorating. And we also renewed the rainwater goods and soil vent pipes.
We installed new double glazed UPVC windows to each flat and both communal areas. We finished off by conducting Class 0 decorations to the communal areas which, as well as giving the space a fresh new look, also conform to fire inhibition regulations.
