Enhancing students’ linguistic skills Overview

This action plan outlines a series of workshops for training female graduates who are expected to seek employment after graduation The workshops equip them to accomplish the strategic goals of the university and the Kingdom's 2030 vision

Primary Goals

Throughout the second semester, a number of workshops were offered, some focusing on developing language skills and others on departmental activities

The primary objectives of the workshops were to guide graduate students in locating relevant employment possibilities and improving theirs kills for a job interview

Main Tasks Target Groups

The main task was to develop and implement courses aimed to qualify female graduates for the labor market

Female graduates and senior students who are about to complete graduation

Desired Competencies

• Developing a better understanding of work and its requirements among female graduate students
