Ingredients
• 10 ounces Lettuce Salad • 4 ½ ounces Cheddar Cheese • 3 ounces Cucumber (sliced) • 2 ounces Cherry tomatoes (cut in half) • 3 Large eggs (substitute powder) • 2 tbs. Sour cream • 2 tbs. Mayo • 1 ½ tablespoon Milk (almond or soy) • 1 ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
• ½ teaspoon Garlic powder • ½ Dried onion • ½ Dried parsley
Preparation
◈ Prepare a dressing: mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and spices. ◈ Add a tablespoon of milk. If the sauce turns out too thick, add another one, and do not forget to consider it when calculating the calories. ◈ Season the salad with the sauce. About two tablespoons per serving.
