Ingredients
• 13 oz. Champignon • 13 oz. Eggplant • 1 Onion • 2 Tomato • 3½ oz. Tofu • 3 fl. oz. Sauce #4
Preparation
◈ Wash and clean the mushrooms. Cut them into slices. ◈ Cut tomatoes and onions. ◈ Cut the eggplants. ◈ Grate the tofu. ◈ Lay out on a baking sheet in layers: eggplants - cheese - mushrooms - eggplants cheese - mushrooms - cheese - tomatoes - mayonnaise - cheese.
