Ingredients
• 4 oz. Rice flour • 2 fl. oz. Sunflower or olive oil • 2 fl. oz. Sauce #1 • 5 oz. Vegan cheese (for your taste) • 4 oz. Tomato • 4 oz. Bell pepper • 2 oz. Zucchini
• Provencal herbs, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
◈ Mix flour and vegetable oil until crumbs. ◈ Add sour cream and mix again thoroughly. ◈ From the dough to form a ball and send in the freezer for 30 minutes. ◈ Cut tomato, zucchini, pepper. ◈ Roll out the pizza slice. ◈ Brush with tomato paste and layout and zucchini. ◈ Put tomatoes and peppers on top. ◈ Send to oven for 15 minutes at 330 °F. ◈ Grate cheese, sprinkle cheese pizza and send to the oven for 3 minutes.
