Sabadell closes $20MM loan to Mr. William H. Dean for his residence in Miami Beach MIAMI — Friday, December 27th — Sabadell announced today it closed a residential loan for Mr. William H. Dean III, the CEO of M.C. Dean, Inc. The loan refinances a loan from SunTrust with new debt in the amount of $20 million for his residence on Miami Beach.

About the property Address: 4949 Pine Tree Drive – Miami Beach, FL 33140 The estate is roughly 18,000 square feet with over 650’ of water frontage on 2.5 acres of property.
