#030 The 3rd Prize of Excellence in Rotary celebrated in Rotary Founda on Month affected posi vely all the rotarian community, mainly due to relevant facts that I believe to be registered: the presence of Salvador Arena Founda on leaders in a fair honor for partnership in Global Grant made by the RC of São Bernardo do Campo Rudge Ramos and the district announcement interested in partnering with clubs from District 4420. In the first case, in addi on to the honoring, we were able to impact the quality of the projects presented, signaling good prospects for the future and, in the second, highligh ng our outstanding posi on as great collectors and achievers of excellent projects. Any cowboy knows that the ox cart that makes noise may scare, but it ta-kes nothing. On the contrary, when it is loaded, it is silent. Hence there are many projects supported by The Rotary Founda on. The funda on teaches us and financially supports thousands of projects worldwide. Besides it silently supports countless social demands. Thus, in November, 22 clubs presented 55 projects at the 3rd District 4420 Rotary Excellence Award on an exci ng evening. The Finalists and the Winners

New Category: Popular Vote - District Projects This Rotary Year - Open Vote Space Learning - R C PeruĂ­be Sculpture Association - R C Santos Porto Solidarity of Baby Facilities and Pregnant Women - R C Bertioga Forte - was the winner project

The 3rd P E R - Excellence in Rotary Award recognizes District projects On Nov 27th, the third edi on of the PER was held at CAMP premises in SĂŁo Bernardo do Campo. The Oscar of the D4420 aims to recognize the projects carried out by the clubs. There were 55 projects registered in 08 categories and a personal recogni on. Three Finalists were selected in each category and the winner got to know it only when the envelope was opened. The presidents of the clubs judged the winner of each category.

The District also paid a fair tribute to Salvador Arena Founda on, which donated US$ 12.000 this year for the Global Project of Maternal Milk of Hospital Metropolitano de SĂŁo Bernardo do Field, conducted by RC SĂŁo Bernardo do Campo - Rudge Ramos.
