This tour takes us behind the scenes at the most famous cathedral in England. We have a tour of the Brogdale Collections; host to over 4000 varieties of fruit trees. Pashley Manor Gardens is described as one of England’s finest gardens and filled with fresh, fragrant florals in romantic landscaping. The chalky soil, and the southern English climate make Kent the garden of England too and you can reap the rewards at the award-winning Hush Heath Estate. Finally, we taste the sweet local produce at Solley’s Ice Cream Parlour - the largest independent producer in the Southeast.

Friday We travel to Kent with a lunch break in Guildford. Then on to Kent and our hotel.

Saturday To Brogdale Farm where we have a private tractor tour around the 160-acre site that is home to the National Fruit Collection which is the largest in the world and home to over 4,000 varieties. The orchards are bursting with history, stories, facts, and science! In the afternoon it is to the coast for a stop in Whitstable where we can visit the harbour and explore independent shops and galleries.

Sunday Canterbury Cathedral is a UNESCO world heritage site dating back to 597 and we have a behind the scenes tour learning about its significance, stained glass windows and more! After free time for lunch in Canterbury we head for the coast and Solley’s Ice Cream Parlour, we have a guided tour by the owner then get to choose a flavour to taste!

Monday The holiday is far from over and our first stop is Pashley Manor Gardens where the owner takes us on a tour of the elevenacres of beautiful borders and vistas. Then our final stop is Hush Heath Estate for a ‘grape to glass’ tour with the Head Winemaker and a tasting before the journey home.
