YOU CAN BOOK A HOLIDAY IN ONE OF THESE TWO WAYS...

Call our team to make your holiday booking on 01793 821303 (Option 1) (Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:45-17:00 and Saturdays 09:00-12:00) and we will then reserve your place and give you a reference number to put on this form. We will then ask you to fill in the following booking form, sign it and pay a £40 per person deposit, plus the premium for our Travel Insurance (should you require it). This can either be paid over the phone at the time of booking (preferred) or you can send a cheque in with your form.

If you would prefer, you can give all booking details over the phone and then there will be no need to send in a booking form. We will then send your confirmation and then remind you by email when your balance is due.

If you are sending in a booking form, send it to: Barnes Coaches, Woodside Road, South Marston Park, Swindon, Wiltshire SN3 4AQ. We will then send you confirmation of your booking which will show when the remaining balance is payable.

FINAL HOLIDAY DETAILS, INCLUDING YOUR PICK-UP TIME AND PLACE, WILL BE SENT TO YOU 14-10 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is always reccomended to take out some form of travel insurance for both UK & European Holidays, you can either do this through us or privately. Full details regarding our travel insurance premiums can be found on the inside back page of our brochure or on our website. Please be sure to read the notes regarding the Health Conditions, Limits & Excesses.

Please note: Insurance is compulsory on ALL European, Irish, Isle of Man and Channel Island Holidays, but it does not need to be insurance that is provided by us.

*Please note: Any requests CANNOT be guaranteed but will be forwarded on to hotels etc. concerned. If a request is essential, please advise us at point of booking.
