Payment And Address Details
We will accept payments by debit or credit card or by cheque. If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to BARNES COACHES LTD. and put your booking reference number on the reverse of the cheque. If you would like to pay by debit or credit card, you can do so over the phone at the time of booking on 01793 821303 (option 1) OR by filling in the details below.
PLEASE NOTE: For data protection we cannot store your payment details on your booking. If you have already paid your deposits by phone and wish for us to take your balance automatically when it is due, please fill in the details below in the blocks of 4, but DO NOT put your security number on the form – this must be given over the phone.
If you would prefer to call us to make the final payment for your holiday, we do ask for it to be paid for within plenty of time of the final balance due date stated on your confirmation. If intending to send a cheque for your final balance, it is important to allow enough time for the cheque to be received in the office, processed and cleared in time for the balance due date, if your cheque is not received in time we may ask you for an alternative payment method. We have started to do email reminders (if you have provided us with an email address below) but please do make a note of your balance due date for your own records.

It is assumed that the correspondence address above will be your main pickup for everyone travelling. If you do require any extra pickups please list them below here with the post code and telephone number at this address. This telephone number may be used to contact a member of your group on the day of pickup (mobile numbers are acceptable but must be turned on)! PLEASE REMAIN INSIDE YOUR PROPERTY WHILST WAITING FOR A HOME PICKUP.
