For something a bit different head over to Project 52, if you can find it, discreetly tucked away on Waterloo Lane in the heart of St Helier’s historic underbelly. This Orwell-inspired, member-funded, exclusively inclusive establishment offers well-mixed artisan spirits, fine wines and sharing boards in a unique setting.
Vittoria is Jersey’s latest bar and nightclub, offering a mixture of music and dancing. Located at Liberation Square, this luxurious bar has quickly established itself as a hangout for the island’s most discerning crowd, for early and late evening entertainment.
Dance the night away at the Havana Club, Halkett Street, St Helier. This over-21s club has three different rooms, playing music that ranges from 60s Motown and 80s R&B to modern tunes.
For those who are in the mood to be entertained, the Jersey Opera House in St Helier is the place to go. The Merton Hotel, St Saviour, offers a wide range of entertainment, with fantastic tribute nights, the glitz and glamour of variety acts, hilarious stand-up comedy, magic acts and performers.
Originally a Napoleonic fortress, Fort Regent in St Helier is the island’s largest leisure and entertainment venue, offering panoramic views of the south and east coasts. It hosts a number of concerts and events throughout the year.
Enjoy dinner and drinks at Wildfire Bars, Grills and Tapas in Mulcaster Street, where they serve some of the best steak on the island. Pop downstairs for a pre-dinner drink in Moo Moo’s Cocktail Bar or pre-show tapas at Fuegos.
