SCHOLARSHIP P RO G R A M
We partner with local homeless service providers, local homebuilders and trade partners to build new or renovate existing transitional housing facilities for those experiencing homelessness. By leveraging relationships within the BATC membership to garner in-kind donations of labor and materials, we are able to build and renovate transitional housing facilities for reputable nonprofit organizations which provide housing and services to the homeless.
We partner with local colleges and universities to offer financial support to those pursuing an education or career path in the residential homebuilding industry. Qualified applicants, high school students or adults seeking to learn carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades, may apply. Our goal is to promote construction-related trades as a career option while attracting new talent into the homebuilding industry.
TOGETHER BUILDERS, REMODELERS, ASSOCIATES, AND SUPPORTERS ARE BUILDING NEW LIVES THROUGH OUR COMMUNITY BUILD PROJECTS AND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.
