INTRODUCTION This Experience Book was designed to offer a complementary perspective of the project "Strengthening NonCognitive Skills among Europeans with Migrant Background" (2016-3-ES02-KA105-008766). Specially regarding the youth exchange of the project celebrated in Salamanca (Spain) between 23-28th April, 2018.
!
In this regard, the partners and the participants (youngsters and leaders) seek to provide information regarding the following key aspects. First, to offer visual evidence of the activities developed in the framework of the youth exchange. For example, the energisers and icebreakers, the non-cognitive skills, the outdoor activities and the cultural visits.
!
Second, to give visibility to the presence that the project has obtained in the media and local partners. In this sense, the project was followed by Salamanca RTV Al DĂa, Revista de Castilla y LeĂłn (REVCYL) and Radio University of Salamanca.
!
Third, as a form to have evidence of the impact of the Erasmus+ projects, the youngsters filled a before-after evaluation. Scoring from 0 to 4, the protagonists answered the same evaluation form before and after the youth exchange, in order to identify their evolution regarding the topics of the project.
Fourth, to make known, as a form of transparency and accountability, the youngsters filled a satisfaction survey of the project. At the end of the youth exchange, the protagonists asses, scoring from 0 to 4, the following aspects: venue, activity programme, activities, coordination, and final feelings and sensations. Also, in each item the youngsters had the possibility to express their opinions on a qualitative level.
!
We only have, in the first place, to thank all the protagonists who made this project possible. Because without their trust and commitment, none of this would exist. In second and last place, we really hope that you enjoy this experience book and find inspiration to design, implement, assess and disseminate your Erasmus+ actions and projects in the field of youth, migration and non-cognitive skills.
!
Yours sincerely,
