The Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) is developing Houston’s Land Bank lots in the Acres Home Neighborhood. Through the New Home Development Program HCDD will build 5 catalog home designs in 18 lots. These home designs are based on feedback from the Disaster Recovery Round 2 program. As architect on record, buildingcommunityWORKSHOP [bc] has worked to improve floor plan efficiency on these home design options and develop (2) new facade iterations for each.
