The City of Berwyn’s No interest Loan started eleven years ago and has helped many homeowners upgrade their property as well as bring their homes up to city codes when required. Listed on the outer right side are examples of some of the items the program covers. This driven program is income driven. The purpose of this program is to assist low to moderate income homeowners make needed repairs to their homes while at the same time helping them increase the value of their homes and improve the appearance of their neighborhoods as well. General & Cosmetic Home Improvements are not eligible as the program is for rehabbing purposes not remodeling.
