Nia blends martial arts, dance arts and healing arts into a powerful synergistic workout. Nia M2H is for anybody seeking a gentler movement practice to compliment and facilitate healing of body, mind, emotions and spirit. Those with either short or long term illness, benefit from using movement as part of their prescription for healing, whether it be anxiety/depression, cancer, chronic pain, arthritis, Parkinson’s, brain injuries, eating disorders etc.

PRENATAL YOGA
This prenatal yoga class is great for releasing aches and pains, strengthening and increasing flexibility! Helps to safely support body, heart and mind in pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.
