AIT Accreditation continues to support education in Ireland

Anew year often motivates us to better ourselves, and what could be more inspiring than learning a new skill or treatment technique? This is why AIT place so much emphasis on supporting companies that offer training and education within the beauty, hair and complementary therapy sectors not only through accreditation but also with marketing and business support.

Plus, if you’re an experienced professional, offering courses and workshops is a brilliant way of not only boosting your business revenue but also sharing the treatments you love and the knowledge you’ve gained with the wider industry. AIT encourage members to look for courses that are accredited to ensure that any new skills will be insurable and can be offered to clients upon qualification.

When an application is made by a training provider to gain AIT accreditation, a course’s content is scrutinised closely by the accreditation team so students can be confident that it is approved, endorsed and insurable.

Highly desirable and respected within the industry, AIT Accreditation adds an extra level of professionalism to training providers’ courses. Not every accreditation application is accepted, and the ability to use the AIT logo in marketing, on your website and on certificates places a training provider above non-accredited competitors.

AIT Accreditation is available for in-person and digital courses, and accredited companies can offer their students a discount off AIT membership and insurance upon successful completion of their course. AIT Accreditation can be gained in addition to any endorsement from other organisations or industry bodies.

And it doesn’t end there as AIT understand the importance of ongoing support for businesses and so can provide assistance with digital marketing including branding and social media assets as part of the accreditation service. In addition, your training establishment will also be listed on the online searchable directory so that professionals and students can easily find you.

AIT accreditation starts from €220 for up to three courses, with additional courses added in the future for just €50 each.

Dublin event returns in May 2023!

If like us you love getting organised and filling in the dates in your 2023 diary, then read on! Following last November’s successful venture with Professional Beauty, we are excited to announce that this year’s trade show will again be held in partnership with Irish Beauty and Professional Beauty and Hair Ireland.

Taking place on Sunday 28th and Monday 29th May 2023 at the RDS Dublin, Professional Beauty & Hair Ireland in partnership with Irish Beauty will showcase Summer 2023 product launches and training developments to the beauty, hair and spa industries as well as hosting a programme of educational talks and seminars.

Entry tickets to the trade-only event will again be free of charge for AIT members who register in advance. There’ll also be exclusive discounts on tickets for seminars for AIT members. Plus, AIT members who attend will receive a free AIT goody bag, AIT members only seating areas, and complimentary refreshments and treats.

Whats more, the AIT Business Clinic will return offering members one-to-one support on insurance, accreditation, marketing and videography support.

AIT accredited brands who would like to get their products in front of new customers are invited to add their products or vouchers into AIT Member Goody Bags distributed at Professional Beauty & Hair Ireland in partnership with Irish Beauty.

Each company must supply 150 items per show, which will be added to the goody bags and given away to qualified, verified and insured AIT members.
