CEW HONORS HEIDI MANHEIMER The Cosmetic Executive Women Foundation, CEW’s philanthropic organization, honored Shiseido’s CEO Heidi Manheimer at its annual Beauty of Giving Luncheon on December 10 at the Waldorf=Astoria.
