months approach, more Members and guests will be enjoying the golf course. Due to the increased play, we overseeded the course and practice facilities. We have applied Perennial Ryegrass in the rough, tees and fairways on the driving range and Poa Trivialis to the fairways, collars and approaches on the course. We chose to use Poa Trivialis on the fairways because it is easier to establish with minimal disruption to our Members. Depending on the temperature and weather conditions, the overseed will take approximately 4 – 6 weeks to establish. We will water throughout the day to help keep the seed moist for faster germination. Overseeding has several benefits for the course and players. It helps the turf tolerate the cart traffic during the cooler moths, provides a more aesthetic golf course, and helps keep the course drier, which provides you with better playing conditions. We thank you for your patience during this transitional period and look forward to seeing you enjoy the course throughout the season!

New Programs! YOU WILL NOTICE

new changes and additions to our tennis programs this year. Our women’s clinics have been changed to a “drop-in” format this year instead of a 6-week program. Our Monday Men’s Clinic has been changed to a “drop-in doubles” format. However, if mixed doubles is your preference, then you will enjoy our Friday evening new Drop-In Mixed Doubles. We have unveiled our Junior Match Play Ladders which caters to three different levels of players. This is a great way for our juniors to gain valuable match play experience without having to travel all over the county. Whether your child is a tournament player or just getting introduced to the match play experience, we have the right ladder program to suit their needs. For all programs, please call the Pro Shop or sign-up online each week.

C LU B EV E N T R E S E RVAT I O N P O L I C Y Special club events, wine dinners, Saturday night seafood buffets and holiday dining are popular events that sell out and require the purchase of special food and beverage products, equipment, entertainment, etc. Last minute un-replaced cancellations (including changes to the party number) are unfair to those Members who are turned away due to full capacity and cause the Club to incur unnecessary expenses if the reservation is not replaced. As a result, the Club must exercise a firm enforcement of the special event and holiday dining policy. • At the time of making your reservation we will charge your account 100% of the event price. • Please let us know if you have other Members dining with you, so we may contact them. • You may cancel 7 days prior to event, without being charged. • If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event, you will have to pay 100% of the event price. Note: Should there be a wait list and we are able to fill your reservation less than 6 days prior to the event, your account will be credited in full.
