What makes Bellakvarter so unique is the fact that Bella Center, the largest exhibition and conference centre in Scandinavia, is located in the very heart of the district. The architectural idea Concept The proposal for the property is based on the intention of designing the best possible setting for a dynamic, vibrant corporate culture, in which the varied spatialities, green spaces, semi-public, public and private zones of the building can form a representative, functional framework for dynamic, agile, modern companies.
Arrival The property's distinctive location in the transition between the golf course and Bellakvarter will connect the open landscape with the pulse of the big city, making this a unique setting. The idea is for the façade to feature materials in warm, golden shades, highlighting the building's sustainable profile and the in eraction with the green areas. The main entrance will be on the North West Plaza. From here visitors will enter the open ground fl or, which will house the canteen and meeting centre, which will be shared by the entire building. Nearest to the North West Plaza will be the buillding's lobby and joint reception area. The meeting centre will feature meeting rooms of varying sizes with mobile partitions between some of the rooms, thus providing plenty of space whatever the scale of the meeting.
Office spaces From the fi st fl or and upwards, the building will be designed as office fl ors with a major focus on a good working environment and great fl xibility in terms of leasing scenarios and the individual lessee's wishes vis-à-vis interior decoration and layout. Each fl or can be rented by a single lessee or divided into smaller leased premises. All tenants have their own entrance from the centrally located lifts and all leased premises can be equipped with lounge area, kitchenette and meeting rooms.
Roof terrace As an addition to the more public café on the ground fl or, the building's green 'roof loop' will provide a recreational retreat, where staff can use the recreational terraces and meeting facilities.
