Corinna Jill
I've been a licensed esthetician since 2008 and continued my skincare training at Rocky Mountain Laser College in 2011, becoming a Certified Laser Technician. I love knowing all avenues of skin health. “Skincare” is so much more than simply a clear complexion. It goes deep within the self and how we feel when we present ourselves to the world. I believe in environmentally clean and active ingredients woven with modern science and traditional techniques (muscular release) that work on behalf of the skin and facial muscles to bring out your inner shine.
Lymphatic Decongestive Treatment
Spring Cleaning for the foundational system in your body. The lymphatic system is made up of tissues that produce, store and transport white blood cells and includes a complex network of vessels, ducts and about 600 lymph nodes. This expansive system is found throughout your body, removing waste from every cell while helping to regulate the immune system. The way I like to educate my patients is to think of it as the sewage system of your body. If it’s clogged or backed up the rest of the body will be affected. Before starting any cleanse or detox I highly recommend a few sessions of lymphatic decongestive treatment to help maximize the benefits so your body is able to effectively cleanse and absorb all the nutrients.
SOME SYMPTOMS OF A CONGESTED LYMPHATIC SYSTEM
• Hormone imbalance • Chronic sinusitis, sore throats, cold & ear issues • Migraines • Autoimmune • Fatigue • Bloating • Cellulite • Brain fog • Stress
Our bodies are naturally designed to heal and find balance. Natural ways to support and clear your lymphatic system are deep breathing, exercise, dry brushing, rebounding, lymphatic massage and Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy, or LET. LET is a system of electronic instrumentation that aids in improving general circulation to manage interstitial fluid. A Lymphstar pro machine uses the vibration of light and sound to decongest lymphatic tissue. LET is a non-invasive, gentle detoxification therapy that restores lymphatic integrity, flow and function. LET encourages toxins, excess fluid and cellular waste to safely exit through the body’s natural elimination channels. LET sessions are deeply relaxing, improves sleep quality and increases an overall feeling of well-being. LET is useful for pain and swelling associated with injuries, lymphedema, fibrocystic breasts and all of the symptoms listed above. You just have to try it, to see how good you will feel when you get your lymphatic fluid moving.
