Radiant Grace Yoga explores a woman’s transition into motherhood through breath, body awareness, hormonal and nervous system support, working with the energies within and without, while building community with other mamas. Radiant Grace yoga practices with Dana prepare your body, mind and spirit to reduce the stress and discomforts of pregnancy, to prepare for labor and birth. Yoga builds endurance and resilience. Radiant Grace celebrates the metamorphosis of motherhood. Mothers to be may not always feel radiant or graceful during pregnancy or postpartum, birth can be both empowering and challenging.
