With full-time Mission Kitchen membership, you can enjoy dedicated use of your own bay in the shared kitchen, with two private workstations and unlimited access.
The 16,000 sq. ft site is located on the first floor of the market’s Food Exchange building and includes one of the largest production-standard kitchens in London, along with office and events space to be used by small and ambitious food businesses. As a new string to the market’s bow, Mission Kitchen offers start-up businesses the opportunity to make amazing food with all the professional tools and equipment they need. From shared kitchens with flexible memberships, private kitchen units, office space, hot-desking membership, and a fully equipped training and development kitchen, there’s something for every budding food business.

Brown & Proud
It is with great pleasure that I am pleased to announce the launch of my first book called Brown & Proud. It is an autobiographical tale of an Asian family from India settling in England in the hope of securing their future in the promised land. I spent many hours over the years contemplating about writing this book. However, there was always something else that took priority, and I never seemed to be in the right mindset to start it. Finally, I have put fingers to the keyboard and have produced a book which will make you laugh out loud a lot and maybe even cry a little, as I write about the trials and tribulations of living as an Asian woman in a western world. From being bullied at school to other challenging times, I felt that if just one person reads my book and it helps them to overcome their fears, then the book has not been written in vain. My journey throughout the book has shaped me towards what I do now, a Life Therapist. I have started my own Health and Well-Being company called rmjtrainingservices.com, written numerous articles in magazines including this one, and

have changed my outlook to a more positive state simply by believing in myself and pushing my capabilities to the next level, without a sense of fear and trepidation.
