Hospitality innovators Lamington Group achieve BCorp status

Lamington Group, family owned real estate investor and developer, and founders of the award-winning eco hometel brand room2, is delighted to announce that it is now B Corp Certified.

Joining 7000 other businesses globally, this milestone achievement reaffirms the brand’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility within the hospitality industry, and reflects its journey to become fully net zero by 2030.

The B Corp standards firmly align with Lamington Group’s company values of ‘People, Places and Planet’, which have been further recognised in its recent accolade of the coveted EG Sustainability Award.

After a rigorous assessment process, Lamington Group earned BCorp status for its pioneering sustainability initiatives and achievements.

Businesses do not need to be Chamber members to enter the Awards, they just need to be based in one of our three boroughs. Chamber members can enter, wherever they are located. The Awards are free to enter and the Gala black tie dinner will be on 21st November 2024 at the GTech Stadium –it promises to be a great night!
