Celebrating Completion at Bell Road

In March 2024, Bugler Developments completed their Bell Road project called The Hue, in Hounslow, for long-standing client, A2 Dominion. The Hue is located in the centre of Hounslow and comprises 127 modern apartments with affordable rent and shared ownership options, as well as four additional spaces for commercial use.

The site is owned and managed by A2 Dominion and has been delivered in partnership with Bugler Developments. The design transforms a former hardware store and car park into high quality apartments accommodating different tenures of affordable housing.

The development on Bell Road has a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom duplex units that all surround a first floor resident-only terrace garden and play area. There is also an additional third floor rooftop garden terrace area, again, exclusive to residents.

Mike May, Director of Construction at A2Dominion, said: “We’re pleased to complete this transformative project with our partners at Bugler Developments. We have a strong-track record of delivering high-quality homes across the London

Borough of Hounslow and this modern development will help more people to live in an affordable property.”

Andy Bugler, Bugler Developments CEO, said, “All at Bugler are proud to have delivered 127 much needed new affordable homes in Hounslow, following the completion of The Hue on Bell Road.

“Having worked together for almost 25 years, we have a have a strong, longstanding relationship with A2Dominion and are pleased to have cemented this further at The Hue, a stunning development in the heart of the town centre.

“The Bugler team, together with those from A2Dominion and JRP, worked collaboratively to ensure that these high quality and spacious new homes were built to the highest standard ready for all future residents to enjoy for many years to come.”
