Hardly any other city in the world unites so many faces without becoming a melting pot. Berlin’s co-existence of nationalities is also reflected in the city’s architecture. We are driven by a desire to fulfill all these wishes and to live out and realize our passion for architecture, design and the creation of modern living environments together with our partners.

We are just as passionate about our new building projects - from plot selection to finding the right partner and creating the final design - as we are about the redevelopment of existing period buildings. In addition to this, our clients entrust us with projects in various stages of development, for which we reliably provide further development and preparation, all in the best interests of our clients. By new construction projects, as well as refurbishments, we are able to step in at any stage of the development. With our competent team and extensive expertise, we can offer you experienced consultation and support in all planning phases of a project. We accompany projects from the first notarial transactions right up to the final building permits and beyond, for example by fulfilling individual wishes of purchasers. In the planning phase, we focus on thorough research and rely on our years of experience in and around Berlin. We know which apartment types and sizes are in demand in which districts, where parking garages are indispensable and where and how facades need to be designed to be appealing to the market. We know our clients - whether newcomers or long-established, national or international - and know which fundamental details must be considered right from the early planning phases.

Our brokers therefore do not have to supervise all the currently running projects and can be wholly focused on selling one property. Through the resulting comprehensive consultation and the time that we take for each client, we achieve exceptional client satisfaction and a large buyer interest. In addition to the reputable consultations, every project has a specially designed showroom or sales pavilion which is open daily.
