Hardly any other city in the world unites so many faces without becoming a melting pot. Berlin’s co-existence of nationalities is also reflected in the city’s architecture. We are driven by a desire to fulfill all these wishes and to live out and realize our passion for architecture, design and the creation of modern living environments together with our partners.

We are just as passionate about our new building projects - from plot selection to finding the right partner and creating the final design - as we are about the redevelopment of existing period buildings. In addition to this, our clients entrust us with projects in various stages of development, for which we reliably provide further development and preparation, all in the best interests of our clients. By new construction projects, as well as refurbishments, we are able to step in at any stage of the development. With our competent team and extensive expertise, we can offer you experienced consultation and support in all planning phases of a project.
