The BFDG is a flourishing, growing, professional group of skilled Creatives and Production Designers, spanning the various branches of the Art Department in Film, Television and Commercials. To date we have over 630 accredited members. We were formed over 75 years ago with the aim of raising the standards and profile of the Art Department and protecting the interests of our members. Those core principles still apply today, and we are a thriving and evolving creative community We offer our members a range of benefits including the opportunity to promote themselves and their work, networking events, unique accident insurance, work availability information, industry news and the highlight of the year, our annual awards which celebrates our members’ talents.
