HERE cannot be many houses with a position like this one, so close to the city centre but surrounded by open space. Integrated appliances include an electric double oven and hob. The beige floor tiles continue under an archway into the dining area, where there is space to hold a dinner party. Like the reception rooms, each of the double bedrooms has pale walls and beige/brown carpets – and each has built-in wardrobes. The wardrobes in the biggest bedroom have mirrored sliding doors. From the second bedroom is access, via a pull-down ladder, to the partly-boarded and insulated loft. Indoor space is rounded off by a spacious bathroom, fitted with a white suite including a corner shower cubicle and, opposite, a corner bath. Beige tiles adorn the splashbacks and floor.
