MARKETING UNDERGROUND
A WEEK OF FULL-FLEDGED BRAIN POWER AND CREATIVITY
One week a year, the marketing department gets together and locks themselves in a room. We call this week “Marketing Underground.” It’s a week where the marketing department {and a few other friends} plan out the entirety of the next year and cannot be found... because we’re underground, get it? This includes our brand voice and brand image and our overarching goal that everything is working toward.

Great ideas have been born from this session. Things like The Cabbies and the CEO Mastery Workshop were all products of this week-long brainstorm. That’s just the tip of the iceberg!

By the end of the week, the walls are lined with bright poster boards with words, phrases, and ideas scribbled about. The table is littered with laptops, snacks, notebooks and coffee cups galore. There is a sense of accomplishment for what we’ve put together, but then reality kicks in and we realize the ambitious project list we have created. This can seem overwhelming, but we love it and THRIVE thinking of how every single project, social media post, and initiative will push our agents and brand to the next level.
