That’s where our Marketing Roadshows come into play. The marketing and education department teams up and makes their way around to our offices in our 6 different counties for a day of marketing training with an opportunity to sit down one-on-one with a member of the marketing or education department! Roadshows are something you do not want to miss and happen twice a year!

Ceo Mastery Workshop

Our biggest training event of the year, the CEO Mastery Workshop, is a full day of courses with experts in an array of fields, including the tools you use on a daily basis! We’ve had presenters and key-note speakers like Allan Dalton, SVP of Research and Development, Chris Stuart, CEO of HSF Affiliates, and members of the Tampa EDC. Our goal with this workshop is for you to gain valuable knowledge and tangible advice for building your business.

Ninja Installation

We know you’ve always wanted to be a ninja {Hiya!}… here’s your chance! Once a year, we host a Ninja Installation training that is limited to 50 agents. Increase your business and listings taken by practicing the Ninja philosophy… less selling and more creating value for your customers! The Ninja Selling system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and helping them achieve their goals.

Luxury Training Sessions

From beginner to experienced, our luxury training sessions are tailored to help you succeed in this niche market. We provide both traditional and workshop-style training sessions so you are aware of the tools and resources available to you, as well as provide a hands-on experience with experts who have been in your shoes!

Commercial 101

Commercial is another one of those niche markets that you may need some help with. Our Commercial Director and Education Department have teamed up to provide the Commercial 101 course to let you in on how to break into this niche market.

Continuing Education Classes

We offer local classes for you to earn those CE credits to keep your license active! From staging to legal, we’ve got you covered!

New Homes Specialist Training

Earning an additional 1% on all Preferred builder Sales is just another benefit of partnering with us. This training is about SELLING! Learn to go from Prospect to Contract, with happy buyers who will send you referrals in record time. As an added bonus, you will also learn about Construction, New Home Financing and How to Negotiate with builders and others.

Relocation Certification

One half-day comprehensive class geared towards giving you the dialogue and knowledge to provide unsurpassable service to our Relocation and Referral clients. This class will give an overview of programs we have developed to help you earn or keep more clients and revenue.
