How we work What you can expect What we provide: Services as outlined in this proposal All materials, frameworks, and resources created and related to the achievement of project outcomes and deliverables as outlined in the “How We Work” section Consulting guidance related to the success of this project Meetings: All meetings with Pioneer Consulting will be conducted via Zoom. Additional phone calls and emails will occur as needed Hamilton Business Consulting will need to meet with the Managing Partners and current staff that work in the Back Office Weekly updates will be provided to Pioneer Consulting via email and during scheduled meetings Invoicing: An invoice for 50% of the total fee (see fee structure on page 5) will be sent once Pioneer Consulting agrees to the scope and terms and conditions of this proposal and is due upon receipt. The remaining balance is due 28 days after the first payment on the initial invoice
