Who We Are Seeking

Pioneer Consulting is seeking An Accounting & Operations Director. This person will be responsible for overseeing various accounting and operational duties for or Backoffice Division. They should have extensive experience using GAAP accounting practices and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365. They should also have experience managing direct reports and a good knowledge of banking regulations and handling banking transactions for the company. Ultimately, Pioneer's new Accounting & Operations Director will work quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for the managing partners and the field team.

Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities and Duties Overview 1. Manage financial transactions, analyze financial data, and generate reports accurately and ethically. This includes advanced skills in understanding and practicing generally accepted accounting principles, mathematical comprehension, and data analysis. 2. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Access in daily functions to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, communicate across the organization, and time management. 3. Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounting, inventory, payroll, tax filing, invoicing, bank account tracking and reconciliation, expense management, budgeting, payment processing, and accounts receivable and accounts payable. 4. Utilize software to prepare tax documents and statements. 5. Understand, analyze, and interpret banking regulations to minimize systemic transaction risks for the organization. 6. Adhere to the ethical standards, values, and rules of conduct associated with this position and the company culture. 7. Diagnose problems using formal problem-solving tools and techniques from multiple angles and probe underlying issues to generate multiple potential solutions. 8. ·Sets high standards for one's own performance and shows dissatisfaction with average achievements. 9. Processes detailed information effectively and consistently to avoid errors and mistakes.

Experience and Education Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree – Accounting, Finance, and or Related Business Degree At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping Technology Skills Banking Transactions Display Integrity and Honesty Problem Solving Achievement Focused Attention to Detail Planning and Organizational Skills Problem Solving

Preferred Experience and Education - A Plus But Not Required: MBA in Accounting or Business Administration 6-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping Project Accounting Time and Expense Accounting Strategic Technology Planning Data Mining Managing Others Coaching Achievement Orientation Communication Client Focus Data Mining
