Adolf Hitler: Born: April 20, 1889 Died: April 30, 1945 Austrian-born german politician, Führer and chancellor of Germany from 1934-1945
Why were people escaping from Germany and France? Germany invaded france in 1942, many French (including jews) did not want his leader ship and tried to rebel against the Nazis to fight for there rights in religion and beliefs. Some of thee rebellions did work, but others did not and soon after that those people went into hiding. Hitler did not like all the rebellion and wanted to give the french “pay back” and stop adults from forming rebellion. He started killing children such as jews so it would affect and have long term damage on the french families and adults he despised. They sent these children to extermination camps so the only was to live was escaping. After these incidents, jews didn’t feel safe under nazi control, they needed to leave.
Many of these people would go to refugee camps to get away from the country and hitlers power. These camps were a save place for jews to go if the country excepted them. Sadly after the wars began escaping to these “safe havens” were much harder to get to. Fewer countries were excepting jewish refuges and wartime created difficulties for those trying to escape. Also many people stopped helping these people cross the borders because helping them was a huge personal risk to themselves and there family. Escaping Nazis were hard but most jews needed to in order for survival.
THE ESCAPE
What is the Aryan race?
The Aryan race was a racial grouping of people of European and western Asian heritage.
-The Escape ActThese jews were violently attacked by these nazi solders, hitler felt as if jews were on the bottom of the religious ranking, He would to anything to hurt and punished this race such as arrested (Top picture), killed, and hurt so bad needed to escape the country.(bottom picture, refugee camps.)
This is a girl from the Aryan race, chosen for the hitler youth
[3]
A LETTER TO HITLER Dear Hitler, I am Milada of Czechoslovakia or I WAS Milada of Czechoslovakia, now I am Eva, an un-known German girl of the Hitler youth. I was taken out of my town, away from my own family because of the color my hair or how tall I am. I could have been with my only brother or my grandmother those last few months of our lives, if it weren't for your idea of a “supreme race”. Well, are you happy now? Now that you’ve ruined my family’s life and to create a girl who always felt like she could have changed what happened? When I was at that camp you sent me to, people tried to make me forget about my family, but I wouldn't let go of them. You will never make me forget no matter how many bombs you through my way or how many camps I go to or how many german families I have I will still feel all alone inside because there is no one there to love me and give me comfort when you are there leader. You Hitler, are an evil man who will kill thousands until you feel pleasure. One day this war will be over and you will be stopped. No more families will be hurt the way it did for me. You wont get away with this, Milada
Hitler claimed the Aryan race was the master race or supreme to all others. Because of these ideas the nazis had, they wanted to maintain this race through eugenics programs. Hitler took thousands of polish children out of there town to find who was part of this race. This children were brought on special trains and taken to Racial tests, after that they get looked at or examined by nazi doctors. These examinations were when doctors looked them over, measured them and rated them. These children felt like they were animals being sold. After these children were chosen nazis brought them to a Hitler youth camp. These camps trained them to be young german child by learning the german language and forget about there
Dear Eva, I, Hitler the chancellor of Germany, am ashamed that one of my own Aryan children is disobeying my orders, you should be welcome that I took you away from your Czech family, Germany is the only country that you belong in. You should be happy I gave you to those nice families and should have obey them as well. You are a disgrace to the Hitler youth and I will kill and hurt anyone who I feel in un natural to the country. A little girl like yourself should not be saying such words to the Führer. You are no Aryan girl to me, or Germany. Your family was hurt but It was the right thing to to if they raised you. I will win this war and when I do my solders with come for you and your mother. And with that I say “hail Hitler!” and do not disobey me again or there will be consequences.
past life and family. These soldiers “Germanized” these children so they can be sold to a german family. And finally...
The Holocaust was a terrible time, there were concentration camps, racial groupings, and mass murders. After world war two, Adolf Hitler did died. People were taken out of concentration camps and brought back to there families if they survived. The war was over and racial groupings were over, Hitler was wrong. The Examinations These examinations took place when the nazi doctors brought these children in separate rooms away from there family and measured curtain body parts like noise and ears, if they meet the requirements then they sen them on trains.
Hitler and his soldiers.
From your leader, Adolf Hitler
