Dear Adolf Hitler, My name is Friedrich Schneider or as you like to call me Friedrich Israel Schneider. I write to you alone in my destroyed apartment and ask for a chance. I ask that you spare my life and that you not send me to a concentration camp. I beg that you not take me like my father or have me killed like my mother. I hope that you receive this and at least take it into consideration for I have no parents. Sincerely, Friedrich Dear Friedrich Israel Schneider, What makes you think you have any right to write to me as an equal? You are below me and I would never even consider considering this letter. The second I find you you will be sent to a concentration camp and you will die either from starvation or exhaustion. This is pointless. In fact I don’t even know why I am writing this, to a Jew no less. ! Your leader, Adolf Hitler

WWII was a time period of extreme advancement in weapons and by the end there were many new weapons and vehicles. Some weapons used by the us were the Colt m 1911 pistol which was design by famed gunsmith John Browning. This semi-automatic pistol used the deadly 230 GR bullet and was approved by the government for war and was massed produced for WWII. Another was the Browning M 1917 which was a machine gun used in many wars including the Vietnam war, the Korean war, WWI, along with WWII. The weapon was also invented by John Browning hence the name Browning M 1917. Two weapons that Germany used were the Fallschirmjagergewehr LMG which was designed for Germanys paratroopers. It was a fully automatic rifle with a stand and it was magazine fed. This light weight weapon was perfect for paratroopers and was mass produced to be used throughout the war. Another weapon was the Mauser C96 semi
automatic pistol. this pistol is one of the most famous from the time with a long thin barrel and foreword mag design. The pistol was invented by three German brothers with the last name Federle. One thing that played a huge role in WWII were the tanks that Britain had although Britain is not famous for their tanks they had some amazing, powerful

are designed to fight alongside heavy tanks like the A34 Comet. The A34 Comet was the most powerful tank in the British armed forces during WWII. This design came from the idea that they needed a tank with enough armor to withstand a battle field and enough fire power to take on any german tank. These vehicles and weapons were a huge factor in the war and more specifically in large scale invasions like the days before, after, and during the invasion of Normandy or D’Day.

CONCENTRATION AND EXTERMINATION CAMPS
During WWII Hitler and the Nazis built hundreds of concentration and extermination camps to eliminate Jews, Gays, disabled, and people that they thought were different. In the end an estimated 6 million jews were killed in concentration or extermination camps. The first German concentration camps were made shortly after Hitler became the chancellor of Germany. Hitler believed in a true Aryan race

camps and many suffered from malnutrition. These “enemies of state” especially jews were also experimented on by german surgeons. To eliminate the threat of the spread of Naziism the US and the allies had to
use advanced weapons and armed vehicles to defeat Germanys army and their leader, Adolf Hitler.
During WWII 3% of the worlds population perished including 6 million Jews, and 55 million civilians. Both the Allies and the Axis powers killed many people but there was one who killed more than all the rest and that person was named Adolf Hitler. Hitler developed new weapons and built thousands of concentration camps. Many people also died in battles like the invasion of D’Day. This can be prevented in the future by making sure there are no bad leaders and no uprising groups like the Nazis.
