CABINET MESSAGES
Jazz Nario Secretary
Hello Ninjas! Although the end of the school year is quickly approaching, this is only the beginning of a phenomenal term! Your newly-elected cabinet sincerely wants to thank you for your votes, and we will do our very best to make the 2019-2020 term one to remember. With that being said, this new term has already had an amazing start with 300+ service hours completed! Keep up the good work: continue to volunteer and serve our community! If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact any of our cabinet members or our faculty advisor.
For this term I plan as treasurer, to hopefully do one or more fundraisers per month and to hopefully make more money than we did last term. I really hope to make my cabinet proud and help PTP and other foundations. I hope to bring more active members to Key Club this term and show others how fun this club really is.
Andrea Ramirez Treasurer

TBA FUNDRAISER GOAL
FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, BELLFLOWER KEY CLUB PARTICIPATED IN THE OLIVE CREST EASTER BASKET EVENT, APRIL DCM, BELLFLOWER KEY CLUB’S RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS SLIME EVENT, AND THE BLOOD DRIVE POSTER PROMOTION EVENT.

EVENT RECAP OLIVE CREST EASTER BASKET For our first home club service event of the term, we helped out Olive Crest with their Easter Basket event! We helped with setting up and preparing the event for children to enjoy and have fun!
APRIL DCM At our very first DCM of the term, we started by playing games and having some icebreakers! We then continued by decorating socks for babies! Most exciting however, was the announcement of our new Division Leadership Team for the 2019-2020 Term! Our president, Khlowee Garcia was appointed as Executive Assistant and our Vice President, Daniel Le was appointed as Division Tech Editor!
7
EVENT RECAP BLOOD DRIVE POSTER EVENT To help promote the upcoming Annual Blood Drive in our school, our members came out to help decorate posters to promote it! Our Blood Drive will be on Thursday, May 23rd, and if you are interested in donating blood, we will have a booth at lunch every other day in front of ASB. You don’t have to be a doctor to save somebody’s life!
RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS For the 2019-2020 term, we decided we wanted to start a new tradition where we would start a new tradition where we would give back to our school community, such as students, teachers, faculty members, etc. This month, we decided to make stress relief packages for AP students! With the help of our members, we made slime to give to the AP students along with a handwritten encouraging message! Stay tuned for next month’s random act of kindness!
