BIOPARC: Head towards Malaga on the A-7. When you reach Fuengirola, take the Aquapark exit on your right. Take the second exit off the roundabout and follow the signs to the zoo. SELWO ADVENTURE: Take the A-7 towards Marbella. Follow on through San Pedro until you see the turn off for Selwo. Selwo Adventure is sign posted from there. CROCODILE PARK: Head towards Malaga on the A-7. Join the E-15 motorway and turn off at Torremolinos. The Cocodrile Park is signposted from there. MIJAS WATER PARK: Head towards Malaga on the A-7. Take the second exit on the right for Fuengirola and you will see the Aquapark on your right. ORIENT PALACE: From resort turn left, at the roundabout turn left and drive past the Don Carlos hotel. Turn right at the roundabout and continue straight forward across the bridge over the dual carriageway. At the first roundabout take the first exit right to the commercial center. The restaurant is next to Opencor store in shopping center Pino Golf. JAIPUR PALACE: From the resort turn Leith, at the roundabout drive straight forward and enter onto the main road Take the exit Cabopino, at the roundabout go left across the bridge over the dual carriageway. TERMS & CONDITIONS Definitions: ‘VIP Card’ or ‘Card’ refers to the card presented with this User Guide; ‘Merchant’ or ‘Merchants’ refers to those Partners listed in this User Guide who have agreed with MVCI Playa Andaluza Holidays S.L. to provide discounts or other privileges or benefits, jointly referred to as ‘Benefits’, to holders of a VIP Card; ‘MVCI’ means MVCI Playa Andaluza Holidays S.L. and all other MVCI-affiliated entities. Terms: 1. The VIP Card has no monetary value and is non-transferable. It may only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions. 2. Only VIP Cards bearing the signature of the holder will be accepted by Merchants. 3. The VIP Card can only be used within the dates printed on the Card. The VIP Card is not valid beyond its expiry date. 4. Benefits will only be given by Merchants upon presentation of the VIP Card. 5. Merchants taking part in the User Guide are subject to change without notice. 6. The Benefit level will be the Benefit level quoted in the User Guide only. 7. MVCI has taken reasonable care to ensure that only properly managed and reputable Merchants of good standing are included in the User Guide. MVCI, however, is not and cannot be held liable for any deficiencies in service, quality, merchandise or health and safety concerning a particular Merchant. 8. Holders of the VIP Card recognize and accept that they visit any Merchant voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. 9. MVCI is not in any way responsible for the condition of any of the Merchant’s locations, products, third party acts, services or omissions. 10. MVCI is not responsible in any way for the conduct or status of the Merchant at the point of VIP Card use. 11. MVCI is not liable in any way for Merchants who go into liquidation, close or are closed during the term of the VIP Card. 12. MVCI is not responsible for deviation in any Merchant’s details from that which appears in the User Guide. 13. MVCI is not responsible for a Merchant being unavailable due to holiday or other closure, be it partial or complete. MVCI recommends that VIP Card holders check direct with the Merchant in advance. 14. The VIP Card will not entitle card holder to preferential table booking facilities. 15. The VIP Card can be used by the card holder for up to a maximum of 8 people at any one time unless otherwise stated. 16. Merchant may reserve its right not to give / award any Benefit if the VIP Card cannot be produced. 17. The VIP Card must be presented or the Merchant informed of the VIP Card before the service or product is requested. 18. Neither MVCI nor any of its affiliates, sister or parent companies, shareholders, directors, managers, employees, representatives or agents may be held directly or indirectly responsible, whether partially or fully, for any harm, prejudice, injury or inconvenience caused to any VIP Card holder, user, family member, relative or legal heir or successor, from the use of the VIP Card or when dealing with any Merchant. 19. MVCI and / or Merchants reserve the right to cancel this programme at any time without prior notice. MVCI and / or Merchants reserve the right to modify any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
