FABRIC REQUIREMENTS 15 x Flower Show Midnight Garden Fat Quarters or 25cm / 10" WOF cuts. 3.5mt / 31/8 Yards Midnight Ink Wiltshire Shadow (04775706Z) Binding: 60cm/ 5/8 yard of your favourite fabric from Flower Show Midnight Garden. CUTTING REQUIREMENTS Please read instructions first before cutting. Seam allowances
vary so measure through the centre of the quilt before cutting border pieces. FAT QUARTER BUNDLE Trace and cut 168 petals using the template provided. Add 6.35mm / 1/4” seam allowance if necessary for your favourite method of appliqué.
MIDNIGHT INK WILTSHIRE SHADOW Cut 21 strips 12.7cm /5” x WOF. Cut the strips into 168 squares 12.7cm x 12.7cm /5”x5” QUILT ASSEMBLY Refer to quilt photo for placement of fabrics. PETAL BLOCKS Using your favourite appliqué method, appliqué a petal onto the Wiltshire Shadow squares, leaving a 1/4” seam allowance at the points. Sew 4 squares together to create the Petal Block. Repeat to create 42 Petal Blocks. QUILT CENTRE ASSEMBLY Refer to quilt photo for placement of Petal Blocks. Lay out blocks in 7 rows of 6 blocks. Sew rows together to complete the centre of the quilt.
Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back. Bind with your favourite fabric from Flower Show Midnight Garden. Have fun with your colours and enjoy the journey of making your quilt.
