Bísaro - Salsicharia Tradicional

Founded in 1998, Bísaro - Salsicharia Tradicional is a company specialized in traditional smoked sausages and other products made from pork meat. Located in the Village of Gimonde, one of the many entrance ways on the Natural Park of Montesinho, Bísaro gives preference to the relationship with this under full region. The Bísaro – Salsicharia Tradicional, haS its own management quality system certified since 2005 according to the NP EN ISO 9001:2008, and is also certified according to NP EN ISO 22000:2005. One of its big targets is the promotion of the traditional smoked Transmontano sausages, with the quality guaranteed by the local raw material.
