About BK Bishop Kenny High School, Inc., founded in 1952, is a 4-year Catholic co-educational college preparatory school with a diverse community of 1,232 students enrolled in grades 9-12. The campus is located in Northeast Florida on the south side of the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, a growing metropolitan center with a population of more than 1.3 million people. The school is operated under the ecclesiastical auspices of the Diocese of Saint Augustine.

ADVANCED PLACEMENT TEST RESULTS In 2017, 647 AP exams were administered to 311 students. 79% of Bishop Kenny students taking AP exams earned a passing score, compared with the State of Florida rate of 55% and the global rate of 60%. AP exams are graded on a scale of 1-5; with 3-5 considered to be passing grades.
