This juice is so low in calories and sugar that you can drink it throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated. If you drink it often, it’s better if you rotate the leafy greens and don’t stick to the spinach every single time (chard, lettuce, and kale are other good alternatives). You canhave too much of a good thing, and overdoing the same dark leafy greens all the time can have a toxic effect on some people.
