2 cups green grapes 1 cup parsley 1 lemon 1 avocado Many women swear that their beauty secret is going on a grape mono-diet every now and then (this is a diet where you eat only grapes for several days). The Ayurvedic tradition also recommends fasting with only grape juice to reset the digestive fire and improve overall health. Some of my friends think I’m crazy when I tell them that I make my juices creamy by adding avocado to them. I don’t know what the big deal is, as this fruit is used in many dessert preparations and, most notably, to make ice cream. The truth is, you cannot judge it until you try it, and— trust me on this one—adding it to smoothies may very well be the best thing since sliced bread.

Process the first three ingredients in a juicer. Blend this juice with the avocado.
