Vitamin Cocktail
This antioxidant cocktail’s key factor is the tartness of the grapefruit, which tempers the strong flavor of kale. Grapefruits are excellent for lowering cholesterol and don’t have many calories, making them ideal for those watching their weight.

½ grapefruit, peeled 2 carrots 2 celery ribs 4 kale leaves ½-inch piece ginger, peeled
Process all the ingredients in a juicer and serve.
The carotene in carrots is said to be best absorbed by the body if the carrots are cooked and mixed with a little oil. But for juicing, raw is obviously the way to go, and you will still get tons of benefits.
