When it comes to juicing, you can find a solution for any problem you encounter. You don’t like the flavor of a straight green juice? Add fruit to make it sweeter. The natural sugars of the fruit make you drowsy? No problem, add a nut milk that will help you stabilize your sugar levels. This is how this juice came about.

1 cup spinach ½ cucumber 1 kiwi, peeled 1 cup grapes ½ lemon ½ cup almond milk

Juice the first five ingredients. Stir in the almond milk and enjoy.

Once you get to know your fruits and veggies better, juicing them will be an easier task. For example, instead of peeling your kiwis, you will learn that cutting them in half and scooping the flesh out with the spoon is quicker. The same trick works with avocados.
