Arranging for hot air balloon rides, Vespa tours, live bands or DJs and spectacular firework displays are just a few of the activities that we can offer on our estate for an unforgettable night!
The use of entertainment as fireworks and music on the open areas are to be authorized from the municipal authority and approved by the Villa Mangiacane Management.
Fireworks can only be arranged by Villa Mangiacane. We require 30 days’ notice for applying for fireworks permit to the city hall. The fireworks must be finished before 10,00 PM. Music in the outside areas is allowed till 10,00 PM as per the current municipal law legislation which in accordance with the law DCR77/00 (CLASSE 3) which is the following:
Emission during the day 6 am to 10 pm: 55 DB
Emission during the night 10 pm to 6 am: 45 DB
There are no limits for decibels in the “Antique Barriccaia Cellar” as long the noise does not affect to the houses nearby.

MUSIC & DJ
We will be more than happy to put you in with our supplier like DJ, musicians, florist, make up artist and photographers. Would you not use our providers, we kindly ask you to let us know who your providers are in order to let them know our house rules and restrictions. DJ and music artists must be notified about our noise policy and sound check must be under the Villa Management supervision.
SIAE (it is the Italian tax for the music) rights are requested to be paid for any entertainment with live music. SIAE must be settled in advance.

SHONA GARDEN
Villa Mangiacane showcases over 220 pieces of original Shona sculpture throughout the property which is currently one of the largest Shona Art collections in Europe. Shona sculpture is widely accepted as the most important art movement to emerge from Africa in the Twentieth Century. Although the younger artists may choose modern themes, the striking simplicity of their pieces reveal that they too belong to this art movement that first gained international exposure in the 1950s. The subject matter can be seen as continuing a rich cultural heritage that had previously been mainly folklore and ritual.
