Living Quietly Magazine is inspired by the way that the Editor changed her life and her thinking in order to recover from a stroke at the age of 46. The living quietly ethos was initially imagined as a self help book. Instead of competing with a large number of self help books already published, it was decided that it would make more of an impact in magazine format. As a monthly publication we are able to: - React to evolving research and methods - Easily engage our audience with bite-sized information - Create a platform to present ‘on brand’ lifestyle products
