Established in 1990 the management department was created to assist clients with their property requirements. It now represents the largest department within PPH Commercial supporting the reputation of the region’s leading firm of chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants.

A 40-acre industrial estate, Celsius Parc has undergone comprehensive improvement since acquisition, following many years of neglect when the site fell into administration.
Portfolio management comprising a portfolio of retail, office and industrial trade properties amounting to more than 115,000sq ft – with a rental income in excess of £950,000 per annum.
The site comprises leasehold and freehold buildings, including cold storage, ambient storage, engineering and distribution units.
Tenants include Screwfix Direct Ltd, Euro Car Parts Ltd, Yorkshire Building Society and Howden Joinery Ltd.
Our role PPH provide strategic guidance to the property management company responsible for the estate.

EXPERIENCE
Our role In the past five years, PPH has increased rental income by 45%. This has been achieved by delivering a full property management and asset management service.
With a portfolio management in excess of 60,000sq ft, including retail parades, offices and industrial space worth £7.2million – which can generate a rental income in excess of £700,000 per annum. HSBC, WH Brown, Tesco, Vets4Pets and Barnados are just some of the company’s tenants.
Our role Through providing a full property management and asset management service, we increased rental income by 34% in five years.
