In Australia, sport is part of our DNA. At school and on weekends; On the oval, in the pool, on the court and at the track; It’s where we make friends - where we are a part of a team, and where we become leaders; It teaches us to push ourselves to the limit - to set a goal and go for it. To rise to the challenge, and to go hard or go home. In sport we learn how to win, and we learn how to lose. We discover that, by giving more, we get more. That by saying ‘I can’, instead of ‘I can’t’, we will uncover our true potential. Sport is powered by knowledge - the pursuit to be the best is strengthened by learning. We only need a piece of knowledge once - but it could be the key we need to succeed. At Bond University, we value learning from the now, in the now. We invest in potential - building world-class facilities, forming national and international partnerships, encouraging participation and rewarding performance. We challenge ourselves to excel, because at Bond University, it’s not just about getting a degree. It’s about the journey and what we learn along the way. Flexibility. Adaptability. Dedication. Balance. Teamwork. Leadership. Sport. It’s part of our DNA.
