The Secret of Etienne Bouvet

s an homage to Étienne Bouvet, who founded the winery in 1851, a special cuvée was created with the finest wines of 2007, a sophisticated blend of Chenin and Chardonnay. In April 2008, precisely 100 years after his death 3 852 magnums were bottled and kept in the cellars until 2010.
