School’s Out for the Day, it’s Time to Play! _______________________________

Kids have already been in school for over a month. Parents have settled into the new routine for the year and kids are used to homework. It is time to start thinking about what to do on those days off of school.
Don’t worry parents, Bolingbrook Park District has you covered by offering Day Off School Care on October 11, October 29 and November 11. Kids just need to bring a sack lunch, a couple snacks, a water bottle and all the excitement of a day off school to the Annerino Community Center. We will play games, test our skills with a little Nintendo Wii and play outside if the weather allows. “It is so nice to be back to offering programs like this for kids,” said Ryan
Kertson, who is the manager overseeing the program. “These programs offer a sense of normalcy and socialization that our kids missed so much of over the last 18 months. We love to see the kids in our facilities.” This program is open to kids ages 5-12 years and will run from 9:00 am-5:00 pm. The fee is $45 or $30 with a current Resident ID. Pre-registration is required. Register at www.bolingbrookparks.org or in our facilities.
